The battle, the largest for American surface forces since World War II, was the first surface-to-surface missile engagement in US Navy history. ReplyDeleteThose are lovely pics! Now we're getting some good sunny days here in the northwest. :)
ReplyDeleteNeither is in Seattle. They were both taken during our trip to Ecuador on separate occasions. The first was just North of the city where we went swimming in a river one day and the other was outside the house one evening. It was still sort of raining and the sun was sort of peaking out and VOILA!!!!! Rainbow!
ReplyDeleteThe rainbow that appeared after Tim Russert's memorial service last week reminded me of this one.
We are finally getting some summer (or at least what they call summer out here) weather and we are having a blast.
Enjoy!
Patricia
